When we landed in the Bahamas, it was late at night but I could still take in the beautiful streets as Caden navigated our way to a resort.
When we got to the resort and into our suite Caden had booked, we were both jet-lagged so we fell asleep almost immediately.
The following day, Caden informed me that we were having breakfast on a yacht at the blue lagoon Island. I had been on a yacht before but being on one with Caden was a different and much more exciting experience. When we were finished, Caden took my hand, grabbed a bottle of wine and led me to the deck below to some lounge chairs that sat facing the ocean.
The crew told Caden that everything was set and then he dismissed them.
We set sail.
Caden came back and wrapped a sweater around my bare shoulders.

"I’ve traveled all over the world, my wife. A smart business man has to secure contracts all over the globe"He said, proudly.

Suddenly he frowned, and his eyes widened, his pupils dilating with alarm.

I held his hand. “I’m sure she’s very proud of you and to make sure she never worries, I am going to take good care of you.”
Caden smiled at me.
I leaned over to kiss the corner of his mouth.

"And sea lions too." I watched them swim about, totally fascinated.
Caden stood beside me looking less excited as I am.
He must have seen them a thousand times.
"They’re so beautiful, I could stare at them all day"
